We're ready for another “Mountain Top” experience at GA
Camp, June 23-26 . The materials enclosed with this letter will provide you with the information to get things rolling.
Pre-Registration Information:
Your Estimated Attendance Form (due May 1) will allow us to plan for the appropriate number of girls at camp.
The Deposit Form and deposits per camper and sponsor (due May 23). This will insure adequate supplies and food are purchased for your girls. Each deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another camper for whom no deposit has been received. Sorry, no exceptions.

Registration information for the first day of camp, June 23:
Registration 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Lunch provided noon - 1:00 p.m.
Bring your Church Summary Sheet to the registration table.
A Medical Profile Form (both sides) must be filled out and signed by each person attending camp.
Each sponsor must fill out the Medical Profile AND the Worker Addendum to be turned in the first day of camp at registration
Medications must be turned in to the First Aid Coordinator at registration. Please have campers or a sponsor ready with these when registering.
At 1:00 pm Monday, we will have a mandatory meeting for all sponsors and staff. Please do not be late and miss this very important meeting.
One sponsor is needed for every 5 girls you bring. Check with other churches coming if you need to pair up for another sponsor.
Camp will be over by noon on Thursday with a camp lunch provided.
Remember: Girls do not have to be active in GA's to attend!
Join us in prayer that God's Spirit will be evident while we meet at camp this summer. Please ensure we can minister to the girls of Wyoming by encouraging the girls you know to attend.
The experiences and relationships developed at camp are carried home and will benefit our girls, your sponsors, and ultimately, your church. Please pray that God will once again do awesome things at camp.
Blessings,
Becky Kimzey
GA Camp Director
